Taikang Healthcare Chief Hospital Commissioning Officer
Dr. Qiu is currently the Chief Hospital Commissioning Officer at Taikang Healthcare. He is leading and responsible for Taikang’s hospitals and network commissioning, from planning to operation. Prior to this role, he served as Chief planning officer, oversaw the company’s strategy and operations. He spearheaded Taikang’s partnership with Mount Sinai Health System from New York, and led a balanced approach to commission and operate a modern private healthcare network in China.
